First set of wheels were the best IMO but those^ might look really good too..

Hey there!
Thought I would share my project, it's been a ride and it still is! When will I learn not to start modifying a car just one month before a big event...
Anyway, the car is an '67 Camaro RS. Fun car to start with, but we figured that 60's perfomance wasn't gonna cut it!
Picking up the car (Heh, we knew this was going to be a good build, when the transmisson blew 15 minutes after picking up the car.)

(Btw, most of the photos are taken with a crocket potato, so bare with me.)
On the bed of a truck, again, still no gears, but we had to try some different wheels. Still no stance!

Up in the lift and got these goodies:
- 4L60 Transmission - 2000rpm stall converter.
- New driveshaft.
- New shifter.
- New exhaust.
- And yeah, moar wheels!

Still no stance...

And yeah... It broke down again, easy fix this time ( TV cable was out of adjustment)

Then it was time to get rid of the leaf springs!

The rear axle kinda "slipped" of the transmission jack... Someone thought that updating his facebook while taking down the rear end was a really good idea...

Mocking up and welding in the 4-link brackets.

Just had to try some 10" wide 17" BMW wheels, but weren't too sure about those. (Love the dish though)

All done, not adjusted the height yet!

Front suspension got a little update aswell.

New exhaust, again...

Front end alignment.

This was last weekend, still need some shorter springs in the rear, front end is getting there!

THEN, we noticed it was sloooooow (Well, not fast enought!) The SBC 355 was okay, but it lacked that "umfh!". So... Blower it was!

Backed the car out of the shop, reved it up twice and blew the rings... Rolled it in again, and started wrenchin'!

New engine! SBC 400, Brodix heads, Roller setup etc etc... Might light up the tires somewhat faster now...

.... And in 8 days, this car have to run around 1000km+- on a roadtrip....
