I would have kept it but it was just too much for my lack of experience. but then I found this for a really good deal and sold that one to a friend who needed a parts car. so it kind of worked out great either way.

Anyways things are happening:

Bought a replacement engine


The car is currently sitting like this on jack stands



Then one of my brothers came over to help remove the old broken engine.





On its way out





The transmission mount (the one on the transmission) got stuck underneath the mount on the chassis so we had to remove both mounts basically. i didnt take any pictures after that mostly cause i forgot and it was REALLY cold and windy. and cold

this is how the engine bay is right now.

I would LOVE to throw in a b20 but my budget just does not let me do it. In case you didnt know I had a black coupe that I sold for 3500 dollars and thats basically all of my money i have ti spent. not a penny more. right now i have around a thousand left. and i dont really want to risk getting into something big and then having something go wrong and not having any money to fix it. maybe in a year or so when i get a job ill be looking at b series swaps but for now im sticking with my single slammer. As for painting the engine bay Im still not really sure if I want to Ill have to think about it but I might do it anyways since i have almost all the stuff out of there anyways.

Yeah It basically the cold that is holding me back from doing anything really. but these past few days havent been THAT bad (but still cold). Ill probably get a few cans of black or something and paint my bay soon.
Any suggestions for colors?

Lime Green. Or, seriously, sky blue. Oh, and put an LS1 in the back and make it RWD.

RWD LS1 powered Honda Civic? that would probably be a first. Ill probably just end up painting it black. If I even remember to actually paint it.
