Understandable. They're a wild design but that's why I love them. I think they compliment the odd styling of a Crossfire perfectly. The insides of the spokes are actually metallic black which matches the Obsidian Black Metallic paint too.

Finally got the car back together. The paint and bodywork turned out excellent! I'll have a bigger rear spacer on by next week and my painter still has my front grill for the moment, but otherwise it's officially back on the road. Here are a few pictures I've taken so far on my vacation in the Outer Banks. Also check out the videos I took of the road for the beach house I'm staying at on my Instagram if you want a few good laughs. (@osshwa)

Figured I was overdue on providing an update. I should be getting the car back this coming week no later than Thursday. Here's an overview of what I've been up to since I took the car out of commission in November '15 to save everyone the trouble of skimming over my thread.

•Painted valve covers & intake manifold plenums (VHT primer/paint/clear)
    •Needswings cork intake manifold gaskets
    •New OEM valve cover gaskets
    •Needswings oil catch can
    •R1 Concepts slotted rotors (front/rear)
    •Centric C-Tek ceramic brake pads (front/rear)
•Custom front lip/side splitters (new setup, different from my previous)
•Full exterior respray in MB Obsidian Black Metallic
•Front grill painted OEM gloss black
•*New wheels (will reveal once I have pictures of them on the car)

And here's what I have sitting around waiting to go on the car upon it's return home.

•European market clear side markers (front/rear)
    •DressUpBolts titanium valve stem caps
•Moddiction titanium bling bolt fender washers

I also need to fix my headliner again. I had a suede headliner installed about a year or so ago and like the OEM one, it too has begun to come unglued and is starting to sag.

So my car should be ready for pick-up on Sunday. I will be coming home from NJ on that day so depending on when I get back in to VA i'll go and pick it up then, and then hopefully get the new wheels mounted Monday morning before work.

I also ordered some polished titanium valve stem caps from DressUpBolts.com.....so yeah, that was a pretty random purchase....lol.

Yeah, I've waited this long so a few more days won't kill me. Just bummed that I'm going to be missing this event since it's always one of my favorites.

So it's looking like my car won't be ready in time for Panda Junction this weekend. I'm not gonna lie, I'm feeling pretty blown. I missed Panda Junction last year for the same reason! At least this time I know that when I get my car back it'll be in tip-top shape, unlike last year where I missed several events only to get my car back with a shit paintjob. I was really hoping to debut all of my new changes at Panda Junction. I'm still going to go but it just won't be the same experience without my car there. But I'm going to try to keep my head up because there are still a few big shows left this year that I am planning to attend.

This is all I'm sharing for now. Not sharing any pictures of the wheels until they're on the car and everything is done. My painter contacted me yesterday morning to advise me that he had finished prepping everything and was going to begin painting this week, and then reassemble & buff everything next week.

New wheels arrived today! Now all I am waiting for at this point is just to get my car back from the bodyshop.

After 2+ years of wanting them, I finally caved and ordered a set of OEM European side-markers.
