Update time. Decided to take the engine apart to check internals.
Some new parts came in and before I order the wiring I wanted to make sure the engine was good.

Were going to look for a LS1 or something similar.
This engine needs a full rebuild. Not sure that it's worth it.

Good news!
Finally time to get back to work on the truck.
Now properly named: Porkchop

Also purchased a LS1. Used 6 times in a sand dune.
Wasn't enough power for the previous owner even with 425 at the crank.
He had purchased a LS7 with a blower.
The LT has now been pulled.
