As soon as I get the rest of the badges off they're yours! Maybe I can get your hitch setup for a penny cheaper. would like to throw a tiny/open trailer behind for road trips coming next year.
I've been thinking about keeping it lately to do the same.
Need suggestions on what to use on the badge residue you see on the passenger side. Have tried heat, goo gone, etc. Would like to have that trunk cleaned up and debadged as soon as possible.
Keep at it with goo gone and a rag. It's what I used to install my sidemarkers. Just takes patience.
So glad to have several forums and communities to turn to when something has me stumped- so many people are raped by corporate owned repair shops here I.E. $107 for a sway bar link kit!?!? :
don't trivialise rape, man. getting overcharged for car parts is not at all the same thing and that kind of language demeans survivors.
Had a feeling that's where you were out of. I was pretty familiar with turbobricks from a 240 build- unfortunately it was from the era of mush wires that would fall apart in your hand when gotten into.
Was pleased with iPd's performance exhaust on the 240, didn't see any performance exhaust for our 740's though. *sigh*
Yep, just a few of us running around here. The older wiring harnesses were pretty much biodegradable in both 2/7 series cars. Not too many people go for the iPd systems anymore, even for 240's. For the money there are much better options. OBX makes a nice catback for 7/9 series cars that requires minimal work to fit well, but for the price you're better off having a full 3" system built.
