Did some more Carbon yesterday. Came out pretty good Clear Coat is from Can will be sanded down again an then paint it with the Spraygun.





Tonight my Buddy called me that my Rims are ready. Tyres will be mounted today 215/35 all arround and they are just the way i wanted them. Champagne with a light touch off silver just perfect to me

Long Time no update here.

First mounted the Tyres 215/35R18 on 9,5 and 10 inch



Testfit







Worked out very good i like it.

Then started again with my custom Bumper. German Individual underside with US License Plate

Bit of filler



Sanded it down for a smooth Surface



Primered it







Then i went on holiday for a week to Egypt



Came back and started fine sanding the Bumper



Time to build a Spray booth. Used the Garage of my Parents cause my buddy had no space at Work



Weekend car while my Bumpers where painted



Started with basecoat





Came out real nice. So let´s go for some Clear Coat





Had some dust inclusions so started sanding them with 2000 grid wet by hand and the with 4000 with the maschine





Time to polish them up again came out pretty sweet





Then some Festo Parts airrived for the new Airride Setup



Bumpers will be mounted at the wekend i think then i will get the Wheels on and get the Car through the TÜV

Then i will make some pictures for you

Mounted the rear bumper yesterday came out pretty clean



Lost one Magnet of the License Plate so had to glue it again so i will mount it today when the glue is dry

Then started sanding the Front Bumper first 2000 dry to see where dust inclusions are. And it had lot of them



Sanded them down with 2000 dry



Rest will be sanded today then i will sand everything with 4000 wet by maschine and polish it up again.

Wheels will be mounted tomorrow i think.

Front Bumper is mounted



Then i bought some wooden Parts cause i just love them



Mounted them to the car



Installed the new Steering Wheel and the new Shift knob need the get something with wood there too





Need to get rid of ths f*cking Softtouch bur i am on my way

Wheels are on soo time for some photos off course all made with the potato

Started drawing the new Trunk Setup need to do some Messurmant today then i can start placing it it all.

So the cf trim is for sale .. . . . or is it not. . .

CF is not fully done yet will make it step by step when i am bored. When it is done maybe i will sell it i dont know. At the moment i don´t have the Time to finish it. Have at least 3 or 4 Parts i have not done till now

Nearly finished drawing the new Airrdie Setup



The started mounting the Valves on the Block



Then i started sanding down the Air Tank







Brought it to my Buddy who will do some Watertransferprinting with it to match to wooden Parts in the Car.

Think i will take the sample on the left.



and now 2 Pictures off the car still sitting on Bumpstoppers will dismount them on Saturday i hope.

Started cleaning my Interieur last weekend.

Used Valet Pro carpet Cleaner with a Tornador Gun just love it.















Then started again with the new Airrdie Setup first made the Trunk Plate with Valves on it.





Tank came back from Watertransferprinting and matches nearly perfect to the Rest of the Wodden Trim



Started bending the Hardlines Yesterday lot more wor to do but i hope it s done fast

Some more updates

First did some more bending so that the Airride is getting ready but then i had to stop and do some other things



Polished the whole car up with Meguiars Ultimate Polish and then applied a coat of Nanolex Si3D Coating











Yesterday i went to the TÜV do get the new Wheels to my papers. Then dismounted the Bumper stops and aired out. Took 2 Pictures this morning cause my Phine was dead yesterday.





Came out pretty clean time for a wash and some new Pictures.
