          • Are you going to try to replicate the grain at all or just leave it smooth?

Im not sure yet. Thats one of the reasons I havent painted it yet. I was thinking about making the grain so it would be perfect. But then Id have to order a different paint than the one I have. not that its a big deal or anything. the paint I have is a perfect match to the flat parts in the console (ashtray lids and shit), but I dont think it will lay thick enough to get the grain going properly. its supposed to monsoon all week, so I might not even get a chance to work with it until after SoWo

              • True, I just feel like e30s don't have enough hiding spots/places to put things. that's why I will eventually get an e36/e46 rear section with armrest/cup holders and modify that in. It's been done before quite cleanly. So I wanna try.

I dont really keep anything in my car, so storage isnt a big deal for me. sunglasses and change in the pocket in front of the shifter. random dmv shit in the door pocket. thats about all I got lol. I think I only used that pocket I replaced once becuase I had a passenger in the car and needed a place to leave a cigar hahaha

                            • Them brackets not going to do you any good. I have some sitting here at my place because there was no way to fit them. Best way to fit them rear bags is to cut off both "bumps" weld a stud up top to screw the bag into. Then drill a hole down the center of the bump on the trailing arm so you can get a bolt up into the bag. On the side of the frame up top. Cut out that half moon so you can get your fitting in for your air line. Bam done deal.
I mean you can try it. But I did for a few hours and couldnt come up with anything. If you do, then please share.

                              • Lol never hurts to give them a try. Its not like they are crazy expensive. If I can use them, money well spent. If not, oh wells
