  • Wheelandtorque's 05 Subaru Baja Turbo | The Camera-Show Car Build Thread

A good friend of mine that works in automotive video is finally setting into motion a build that has long been in the works. Jared of wheelandtorque.com plans to venture out to all the bigger automotive events this year and capture some of the dopest footage. I thought it'd be a pretty cool idea to share this unique build idea amongst one of my favorite sites. Even though this is my first post on the forum, I've always been a lurker always reading up on the builds in this forum. Hope you all enjoy it!

    Hello Fellow Baja Owners!!

After a brief hiatus from the world of modified cars I've returned with this beautiful black on grey 2005 Subaru Baja Turbo! I run my own video production company called wheelandtorque.com, and business has been picking up…so I needed to get a vehicle. Some of you might have seen our work, but if you haven't, check out our newest reel here: http://youtu.be/LnMKY-WyyXc.

To make a long story a bit shorter, we've decided to build the first-ever, cost-efficient camera-show car - a car that has the form of a show car with the functionality of a camera car! We plan on showing it at shows across the country, so you might just see it in person!

Since wheelandtorque is a video production company, most of our documentation and updates will be in video form, not photo! We plan on capturing as much of the build as we can on camera, not just to update but also to inform you.
