I **** you for having a white garage floor that is so immaculately clean!

Totally dig the Oval, can't wait to see how it turns out.

alright time for an overdue update. The car got back from paint a couple days ago i've been fitting it to the body putting on fender beading and other boring rubber pieces. but atleast now i have a pretty painted body to keep me motivated! so heres a little documentation of bringing the bug home.

trailer all loaded up and ready to go. my dad steadily waiting to leave.

our painter was a ways away in alabama but the views were nice

body is on the pan.. kinda!

in transit stop felt so out of place as a "city boy"..

and shes home, paint is good for the most part, i later found some flaws but overall im pretty satisfied

all the other little painted up engine and body goodies

all nestled into the garage to begin construction

ill start doing more frequent small progress updates. im excited to get underway

What made you go with IDF's instead of IDA's? They're notorious for having a crappy low throttle circuit/street performance. Anywho, kudos for doing it right, CBperformance/weber/ETC. Tired of seeing EMPI mobiles (guilty of this myself ).
The IDF's are known to me as a little bit more driveable for street use rather than the IDA. Ive been told the IDA's are a little bit more of a "on or off" style carb. Also they're smaller and give
more room in the bay that i will need; also i wont have to cut up the bay for this very reason.
