  • My Mk6 JSW

To start, I bought my JSW a few months ago, and I didn't think it would be where it is today, not this quickly at least. It is a 2010 with around 60k miles. It came with everything but nav (dsg, pano roof, black leather) and I couldn't be happier. Here is a small timeline....

When I bought it. It had some terrible pep boys wheels on it from the dealer, so my friend let me borrow his set for a bit until I picked up some steelies for winter.

I immediately de-badged the hatch, tinted the windows (which I don't normally do, but it needed to not look so "minivan"), and I lowered it on some fks. Also got my steelies for winter.

Had a minor incident with some ice/snow, so while in the shop I decided to do some upgrades. Gti front, badge less hood and hatch, matched the fenders to the bumper, color matched markers front and rear. Also did chrome mirror caps and a chrome OEM rear hatch trim.

And got a set of wheels, decided to polish up the lips a bit. (which are up for trade)

And here she is today. I got pulled over within three days of getting her back, so I bought the GMG plate holder. Next big mods is a full exhaust, dpg/egr delete and a malone tune.

Sorry that my pics suck, they were all taken with my iPhone.

Bring this back up. I got rid of the DPEs a while back and traded my friend for some 3sdm 006s that looked pretty amazing, but were too played so they only lasted a week or two.

              Oh, and I went air...

Added some white LED underglow for shits and gigs (its been adjusted since this pic, more even now)

              Picked up some Bentley wheels

              Byyyeeee

              Went to SOWO

And have done a few small mods. Did a forward facing DSG knob swap...

              Euro cubby

And I am swapping over to switchspeed with a dakota digital gauge this week. Ill be changing my trunk setup slightly, by adding bulk heads, and cleaning up the wood work. Want to try to come up with something clean, functional and show worthy. Next month I have an appointment set up with diesel dubs out of PA to get my DPF deleted, stage 2 tune and DSG tune. I am also looking to go back to 18s, so Ive been on the search for new wheels too.
