So straight to the basics. I have a 330Ci MSport Facelift coupe BMW, I got the car back in November and held of doing anything until the start of this year. Put some savings towards insurance knowing I had to renew in February. But after I sorted that out, it was game on!
But yeah here's the car the day after I picked it up, so much nicer and more comfortable to drive than my previous car - Astra VXR.

Remember I said it was game on after Insurance? A set of genuine Borbet X5 9&10J wheels come up for sale resprayed in Candy Apple Red come up for sale so I had to have them! Only have a picture of 1/9J 1/10J but you get the idea

So I had some wheels, now i needed to think about some lowering. I bought a set of coilovers, non branded eBay specials. I don't know if anyone on here has had any trouble with them before but when i fitted the fronts they just didn't fit properly. I put the backs in just to see what it looked like anyway as it's only a 20minute job:

So now i was a little stuck on what to do, do i go buy some HSD's for the E46, either way i had to take the rear coilovers out and put it back to standard ride height. I was following on somebody on Instagram for a while after i picked up my BMW. He put a post up about his Air Kit for sale. Viair compressor/gauge, 5Gallon Air Zenith Tank, Wiring ETC. Front Struts and Rear bags. (Front Struts are on GAZ Shocks, all bags are Firestone). Cut a long story short I drove down to him and picked the lot up for £1500. He said the kit was on his car for a couple of months and decided to break his 325SE coupe after his auto gearbox failed.

I had to pick up some different Air Line and fittings during the week so the following weekend me and my brother set about fitting the kit to my car:

Temporary fixing for Air Tank, all of the brains is where the spare wheel should be:

With only time getting the fronts in, lined up along with the wiring, checking for leaks and running out of Daylight this is how it sat dumped out the next day with the standard rear springs still in:

England, being pure England it started to rain when we were fitting the rears. But slight modifications to the rear spring arms seats with a trusty angle grinder we got the rear done:

Now i needed to find a permanent place to fit my compressor switch, twin needle gauge and rocker switches:

With a place found i set about with a jigsaw, chisel and drill and some good old elbow hand sanding and come up with this which i was pretty chuffed about:

Cheeky Snap Courtesy of Tyre Wall:

Then i thought about test fitting the fronts on the E46 of the 9J X5 Wheels:

Clearly some spacing had to be needed to give it that extra room from the strut, and to fill the wing abit more so i bought some 20mm Hubcentric Spacers:

Eventually I got some tyres, 225/35/19 for the 9J front and 235/35/19 for the 10J rears. I had to run a 5mm spacer on the rear to get it away from the inner quarter panel.

I need to get the Rear arches rolled as it's stopping me from fully dumping the air out of the rear bags, but yeah that's how it stands at the moment and i'm pretty chufffed to be honest
