Not much of an update, my mother in law had surgery Monday so I wasn't really able to do anything. I did get my brackets though and I should be able to start mocking up front suspension tomorrow.

Each side is going to have two of these welded to the frame rails with 1" tubing welded through all of the holes connecting them together. I'm debating leaving them open so you can see the tubing in between or plating it in. I'll have to take some pictures to compare.

No problem, build your car and enjoy doing it, just take some advice and do so safely. If you do something and it doesn't end up right just take it as a learning experience and fix the issue.

Anyways on to a little bit of progress. I got the plates for the front bag mounts back from SPEEDCULT and started on that. They plasma CNC cut them so I had to sand out the holes which took a long ass time but whatever. I got one side mostly done. I also chopped my bed and got it all welded back together, kind of a practice run for chopping the cab.

Couple pics of my small ass garage that I'm doing all this in

And part of why I didn't get more done today. Good weather means grilling so I had to buy a new grill and of course use the damn thing.

Got some work done to the truck. The front bags are now mounted and I now I'll be starting on the rest of the front suspension soon as well as chopping the cab. My buddy got me a sweet tank from work that I'm going to use as a fuel tank that I'm pretty stoked about and now that the snow is gone I can go pull the motor. Just need to make the three hour trip to go get it.

Thanks man, there's been a few PBR's consumed in the process of getting it to where it's at.
