    Started on the teardown/modification of the front end.
    first thing was to remove lower control arms (forgot to mention previously that truck came with what looks similar to a mustang 2 front end)
    Since there was a mount for a spring in the front that whole piece needed to be removed and had to weld in a plate in its place to give a solid mounting point for the front bags. still need to drill holes to mount the bag.



    new had to widen the area that would be around the bag because there is definitely some clearance issues there and I dont want the bag to rub and tear open. So the good ole torch and hammer method was used. worked like a charm lol.



    Also the drop spindles for the front came in which should give us abut an extra 3-4 inches in the front aired out. So now we just have to worry about the crossmember sitting too low.



    and last but not least $240 in bushings, ball joints, and brakes

    I've always liked the F100's. This is as close as I have gotten to modifying one. I do want to build one like this though.
    I should have the suspension/links all done by monday/tuesday
