Golf MK2 1.8 (8v) From dust to stance!

Hey fellas!

Thought I'd share my build with you, since we share one thing in common,

Slam it, and ride it!

Here's the story.


It started with my garage neighbour buying and old and actually crappy looking pink golf.

And he started doing stuff with it, demolishing it and also trying to fix some problems not even needing to be fixable, you can call him that random guy with his thumb in the middle of he's hand.

So I started to feel sorry for him. No, not him. Him, the car.. "that actually not so rusty red one", so I started to check it up, under.. sides.. etc..

It was actually a decent Golf! What the hell!

So I told him, I want the car.

2 Days after that, I owned it, started searching for stuff, and asking my good friend Moggis for help finding stuff to build with. By the time of 1 month, I had coils, bumps, rims, and plans for the entire fall.

So basicly, I've been in the garage alot since I bought it, to bad you guys couldn't follow the build, it was Moggis that told me to share the build...

So heres the Before, and after Pictures, and also some build and "in action" Pictures!

P#S, im booring, im going for the "Clean" look## but still a Beauty!

[X] Facelift fenders, front & back
[X] Enzo cup 16" rims
[X] Coiloverkit, adjustable
[X] Open air kit
[ ] Original tailwing, preferable black
[ ] New parking lights, leds
[X] Timing belt change, stronger edition
[ ] Clean Sport interior, cloths and carpets, rest will be original.
[X] Alternator replacement, upgrade.
[X] Engine ignition overlook, adjustment
[X] Rewire the start funcion due to broken key-ignition
[ ] Gear repair kit, standard golf issue, slacky gear leaver. (got the kit, not yet installed)
[ ] Replace the stearing dust boot. (got the dust boot, yet to be replaced)
[X] Rewire Cables to front lights, due to bad wires.
[ ] New front blinkers, facelift ones.
[X] Tint rear lights
[ ] New carburetor gasket, (standard...)
[ ] Winter of 2014/15, Fix all the dents, and repaint in its original LY3D Color.
[ ] New Wheel bolts (M12x1.5x55) Anyone have?!
[ ] 10mm spacers
[ ] Camber adjustment.
[ ] 2.5" Exhaust system, sport.
