updates because im lame and take forever to do stuff

As soon as Kromebath gets back from h20i, ill have my turns and the bumper can go on with one of the front lips. I'll try and get the ganadors on this weekend, but I'm hoping to get my exhaust together since I have everything now. I also need to get higher grid sand paper still and finish the damn wheels, and then order tires and do valve cover gaskets. Trying to be responsible and do my maintenance before cool scene point parts.
Oh and I also got a job offer at Boeing, so I'll be starting there on the 31st of next month
        Dad mode is fully engaged!

Also have a friend leaving for Japan today, and he's going to make a few stops at some local shops. Sent him with some money to find me a hub and QR for my Vertex wheel.

Thanks man! They are fun cars for sure, and a large market for cool parts.

Got my exhaust finished up. Good friend of mine does awesome welding work.
2.25" mid pipe to 2.5" axleback.

And from under the car. Love those pie cuts

I'll get a sound clip loaded up tomorrow. I think it sounds awesome. 2.5" is the way to go.

Hey thanks man! That's pretty rad haha.

Started fixing my qp yesterday. So far so good. Base coat is drying and curing. Should be all done later today.

And yes a selfie is needed.

I'll be painting my ganadors this weekend too. IF I find time haha.

Well I finished the qp, at least so I thought the first time around. Didn't really read up on the blending part and taped off to small of a section

I then wet sanded that raised edge down, smoothed over the clear coat and got it down to the base coat.
Layered on some more base coat with a wider area and hit it with some clear. There is a small noticeable line but only if you get up close. I would say not to shabby for my first time doing any sort of automotive painting.

Feeling pretty confident about it. I sanded down my ganadors, took off the clear coat with some 320 grit and smoothed out with 400. Laid some primer and now that's drying.

I'll snag a pic of them primed up when I get home today. Depending on how both turn out after wet sanding and buffing. I'll probably order more paint and do my front bumper, fog covers, and v4 3 piece lip.
