I feel like I haven't been on the interwebs in ages.
little progress here and there with the car, but nothing major. It'll run one year I swear!

cut into the hood for the external kill

and then committed to a square 18x10.5 RPF1 setup with a drunk friend pretending to drive :P

My biggest distraction and pretty much why the 240 sits.

That water line! bit deeper than expected :P

back to Fab for some final touches

Cooler, Radiator, Fans, Transmission, Engine. All securely mounted and fitted.

All of the rooms. even with that massive 2jz in there with N-Flo Koyo the Derale 4,000cfm shroud

Next to Ter-Tech's LS7 procharged ///M

Finally redid the lighting in the messy garage with enough light for the neighbors to see what I'm doing. I can work at night!

Hoping to put some major time in with the car come March when my schedule will die back down finally.Last edited by weber; 01-28-2015, 11:06 PM.

Thanks, wasn't my idea for the seat so go for it! Not much else to do if you're a giant in a tiny caged car hahaha

Decided to tackle engine wiring myself and avoid spending another $1000 on a swap harness. Scavenging the stock engine harness with plans of tucking, extending, patching any tears, and replacing old broken connectors.
I've tested just about every connector for continuity. Going to start cutting unnecessary connectors, removing the wiring and patching torn/exposed sections. After realizing what all has to stay to keep the stock twins makes me want to go single turbo, but my bank account tends to disagree with that thought..

Ordered some new 5lug hubs, but only my front hubs showed up; they claim to be sending out another pair of rear hubs, maybe I'll end up with an extra pair?
My stock knuckles were s14 apparently, so the hardware doesn't work with my PBM knuckles. Took a bit if searching, but a specialty order at the dealer and I should have new hardware by the end of this week.

Not bolted up, but you get the idea
18x10.5et15 at full lock with a little more room if I adjust bumpstop. The rear of the wheel wells have been beat in to fit 18s while slammed so hopefully a 235/40 will clear at my height?

thanks. How'd the sealant go? It's funny stuff
Fuel is plumbed to the firewall, need to sort out adapting the stock rail to -an

The engine harness got a little daunting, so I've taken a break from that and started the chassis harness. Starting to realize that making an engine harness from scratch is going to be the easiest way to go about it; new wiring would be a huge benefit as well.

Giving the twist a shot
