hi everyone. i am in need of some advice for my e34.

firstly. brilliant site, fantastic cars and quality builds. well done to you all. I have just bought a 1994 e34 520 24v as a daily and want to lower it cheaply by cutting the coils. can anyone tell me how many to take out so its still easy for everyday use but looks good. so much simpler to ask someone who has done it than fart about cutting and re fitting. I have just fitted a set of e39 m5 alloys to my e34 so no longer on the standard 16's so will I need to roll the arches too? thanks for all your help.
