need help taking off bolt on ssr gt1

Im trying to re-lips my SSR GT-1 but im not sure what tool to use to remove those bolt offs the wheels... went to harbor freight and asked but they seems helpless...

Thanks for the help, would I need 6mm or 8mm ?
