    Finally a good update.

Currently refurbishing the wheels, tyres for the rears should be here today at some point, still need to orders some for the fronts (205/40 for the 8's )
Coilovers are also ordered and should be here Tuesday
Don't think I'll be able to get them on til the week after next though, as the struts will need to be off the car for a few days whilst they get welded but I need to use the car at the end of the week

So got a little bit done over the last few days. Finished refurbing my rear wheels and got some tyres on. I went for 215/40 on the 9.5s and pretty happy with the stretch, not too much but should be enough.
The finish on the wheels isn't great but looks okay from a distance so I'm not massively fussed, don't think its worth paying to get them refurbed properly.

I've also swapped my 8's for a set of non genuine 9's for the front, and have ordered some 205/40s for them which should be here at the beginning of next week. The wheels are in an awful state, so refurbing them is taking a while...

I got my front struts off and cut them down and gave them to my mate yesterday along with my front coilovers to be welded, and now they're all done Should be bolted on tonight as long as everything goes to plan

Me and a mate got the coilovers on the other day (took much much longer than it should have due to the ridiculous place they put the rear top mounts on these cars...), and changed the front disks and pads whilst they were off. Car feels a million times better now, doesn't feel like it's going to roll over if I go round a corner at more than 30!

Put my rear wheels on today, lowered it and borrowed a mates 20mm spacers, it's not quite enough so I've ordered some 30mm ones. Also ordered 20mm ones for the fronts as they hit the strut without them. Front tyres should be here tomorrow or Tuesday so with any luck by mid week all 4 wheels should be on and spaced out

                          Cheers guys

Just flattened the arches on the front and cut the middle section of the arch lining out so hopefully I'll be able to tun on the front now. Should also probably clean it soon...

Took a proper photo of it, desperately need to sort the rear arches cause its so nose down atm

Haha yeah, not quite as bad as my e36 though! Hopefully once I flatten the rear arches and bring the back down to match the front it should be pretty level
