Last post here, not trying to derail your thread but I am going to flip the bbs's as one lip is bent anyway and I will literally hardly drive the car. not long term but just for fun.

Bucket list for me too, but for now I can't afford the 2 piece let alone the 3s

I second the flipped barrel test fit idea

You have to at least try it for a test fit.

Something been bugging me for a while and I've been ignoring it to save money but that plan failed so...

hmu if you got wider Work lips, I've got to stagger this square set.

Its been over a month since I've driven the car. Took the trashed rotors, pads, and calipers off the front end, and had someone rebuild the calipers for me as 6 of the 8 pistons were frozen.

The dude's had the calipers for 3 weeks now I think. I'm sort of pissed cause I miss it, but sort of cbf cause its cold and rainy.

Gotta have something to complain about I guess.

    Miss u.

There is still something in the wires.
The mazda interior beeper keeps beeping.
It would go out sometimes on its own in the summer.
The clock in the idiot cluster goes in and out, flickers a lot.
The fuel pump would come on at ignition, but shut off at "cranking" position.
We re-wired it yet again, to always run, through all ignition/key positions.
The car now starts on it's own.
Why did it work before; why did it suddenly stop working?
Perhaps this is the result of an amateur meddling in things he does not understand?
As frustrating as this is, it also creates drama.
A man without problems soon creates problems to occupy his mind.
We cannot live without some kind of challenge, or frustration.
    This is the human condition.
We can be frustrated by the fact that we have no problems.
Realizing this, I begin to appreciate my problematic car.
It is unpredictable, unreliable, and requires I pander to its whims.
I have created this situation for myself.
There is no one to blame but myself.
Every time I turn the key, I don't know what to expect.
This is the reality to the fantasy I knew nothing about.
It is a delicate dance between love and ****.
I would have much advice to give if the car was someone else's.
But it is mine, and so it is my own problem to solve.
I walk by the garage and look through the window.
    I see it sitting there.
    Clean, dry, and safe.
Sometimes I smile, sometimes I frown.
Some days I'm up, some days I'm
