            little update for this morning:

started to make the new killswitch that all be routed under my seat:

was going to start writing out the dimensions that need to cut the wood to to mount the seat on and to get wiring al organized on but then it started pouring rain and my motorcycle is out in my shed in the muddy back yard, not ideal working situation

heres my seat and the wooden i am going to use:

if it dries up this week and i make time between school and work (which i probably will) i all move my bike to the garage and get it all done.

all that i need to do (that i know of):
            -put my exhaust gaskets on
            -cut and mount the wood
            -get wiring sorted
            -paint motor and fram

nothing major just need to get it done

worked on my bike for a few hours today. i got the wood cut out for the seat mounting. its pretty crappy. i got it sitting on the bike. i need to wait for the liquid nail (yes liquid nail) to dry on the seat so i can finish mounting it and hook up the electronics to it. here are the pictures of how it sits now:

                      thank you guys!

                      so update:
kinda a step backwards but i lost my exhaust gaskets, the last piece of my puzzle and that has set me back. i am trying to avoid spending another $25 on gaskets. been looking, nothing yet. will find hopefully find them tomorrow because i want to go ride the thing!

hello i know there are a vast amount of people that care about this build so i took some more photos of it. basically the same ones as before but i took them with my actual camera instead of my iPhone:

heres one of me being a total poser to see how the back sits while there is actual weight on it:

Love the look so far, keep up the good work man.
(I have to two bikes in my house and enough parts to build a third for everyone talking about building them in the house, lol.)

So i found out the exhaust gaskets Motorcycle Center got me are the wrong ones but i made them work. and then when i tried to start it my battery was completely dead and i don't know if i am an idiot or the battery charger is broken but i couldn't get the stupid thing to charge. and then later i looked into my gas tank just for kicks to find out that my brother had emptied it for gas for his e30. little chode.

later i will try to jump my bike with my car and get gas

I love cleaning carbs, as long as they weren't in underwater storage previously. My brother gave me a rack from his 75CB550. I thought I would never get those carbs working again. After many hours cleaning and soaking parts, as well as a carb rebuild kit, and new floats it worked out. Other than needing a sync they fired right up. If you need any advice let me know. Work looks great so far!
