If anyone will be at SouthernFresh 4, I should be in attendance with my new set of wheels. Pulling my XXR's off this week and selling them. New wheels should be bought (I seriously hope) within the next 2 weeks.

Official Wheels have been purchased, and should be here in time for SouthernFresh4.
Dealership purchased the wrong sideskirts for me to modify, so I returned them and have to wait until I can afford the correct ones.

oh yes this is getting good now! very excited to see the wheel purchase you have made. This would be so good layed out on air! Zero aftermarket support isnt a bad thing though. it means you're vehicle will be that much more unique than the next guys.

Thank you all for kind words,I'm glad people are enjoying this build. It's my first vehicle, and first time ever modding so I'm learning my mistakes along the way. But, wheels were shipped yesterday from NJ and should be here Thursday. Plan on trying to clean them up a bit, and then have them mounted just in time for SF4. Here's to hoping!
Just another update, I grew tired of yellow tinted fogs and felt they didn't fit the Jeep. So, I picked up some smoke tint and tried my hand at it.
Went from this. to that:

This update isn't very exciting, but it's a good prevention step after my most recent engine being hydrolocked.
Package showed up last night, it was an 18x18x18 box so I was hoping it was my Nikes but I was wrong. It was my AEM intake dryflow sleeve. Hopefully this will prevent another Hydrolocked motor.

Looking good so far man, can't wait to see the new wheels mounted! So have you found out what else you can do to get lower on the 19's? I feel like you'll have a easier time getting low with the 19's than with the 18's case of the amount of wheel gap you have with a smaller wheel and seeing that you couldn't get any lower, 18's would just look awkward on there.
The smoked out fogs looks much bettersigpic

This question racks my brain literally all day long. 19"s are still my go to size, as 18"s would leave a ton of gap like you said. They should be mounted on Friday! To get more low, and feel comfortable driving I'd have to tub my fender wells. I've already removed pinch welds, and removed other Jeep stupidity, and I have about 1/2 inch of clearance all the way around between wheels and tubs. I don't have any experience with tubbing, so I'd have to have some help and I have my concerns all together. I daily this, and make occasional trips such as SF4 this weekend in GA so it needs to be able to handle unknown roads.

But even right now, the car look good with the current tire size, so adding those with the new 19's will just give it a much upgraded look.sigpic

It's on my list of things to do, just have to make sure everything else is able to support it. My next project is going to be side skirts, but they'll require some work. But, I have a feeling where my side skirts are going to sit, I won't be able to go much lower.
For tire size, I already have an almost brand new set of 225/40/19"s that are on my XXR's right now. So, I'm going to have them put the on SSR's once they arrive tonight/tomorrow. The rear should have a perfect stretch since they are 9.5, I wish the front was a little wider(8.5), but it'll work for the time being until I can get them rebuilt.
