  • Functionally Fit Boosted Z

Hey y'all! This is my 2003 Track Edition 350z. It's been a long coming project and has been unfolding before my eyes as I piece it together to become my masterpiece. I bought it 100% stock back in April of 2011, 2 months before I deployed to Afghanistan. I bought it with all intentions of boosting it and having her sit properly (in my opinion) on the ground.

Now I know what you're thinking, it's not sitting on the ground. Well I grew up close to Pittsburgh where the roads suck and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation suck even more. Yet I was stationed at Fort Hood, Texas at the time of purchase and am now Living at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait for a 2nd overseas tour.

Below is just a few pictures of some progress that I've made with the car, from buying a CF hood and wheels within 2 hours of picking up the car, to how she sits right now. Any and all criticism is appreciated but in the end, it's my car. If you think there would be something my Car would benefit from then lemme know. I'm attempting to make it as much of a Fun Semi-DD/Track build than anything.

This car has taken me through hell and heaven but I will never own a car as spunky and awesome as this one. She makes 397rwhp and 408trq on 8.5psi. Hits full boost at 3100rpms during a hot summer Texas day.

Thanks man I appreciate it! It is a blast. I drove it to it's limits my lastnight stateside before this deployment. Needless to say, 34k miles while boosted, 5 track weekends, 8 drift events later, She finally has rod knock. aka why my coming mods is rather on point and specific lol
