Update guys! Coilovers came today! Bc racing br type extreme drop series. 12k front springs 14k rear.

Here are more pictures of the wheels.
Rh xd wheels 18x11 rear and 18x8.5 in front.

Wheels are going to get rebuilt. Rear lips will be going up front. Rear backpads will be machined down as far a possible while being safe. to run a much larger lip.

        More updates to come!

Rear control arms should be here soon. If only all the snow would melt so I could put all this stuff on.

Roads have been clear so I installed the coil overs took about an hour and a half all said and done. Also in the selling ad for my wheels it was said that they are 18x11 turns out they are 18x12!

14k bc springs on left. Tein stech on right

Rear Inner wheel wheel well clearance is close haha

So right now I'm tucking on 12 wide in the rear lol, going to be ordering bigger lips here soon for the rear.

Test fit shots (coils not set to correct height)

Let me know what you guys think

Are you measuring wheelwidth from outside <-> outside? That's not the correct way of measuring the width of a wheel. Here is a picture of how to measure width.

Just a friendly heads up, so you don't order wrong lip sizes later on

                    Looking good! Awsome color also.

Hey your right about that! I was confused I guess because I have owned some wheels that measured from the outside, lip to lip

Okay update time I suppose. Decided to stay with the current lips for now because cash probs. sanded and painted the lips tho so there's that.

Stripped the clear off sanded, primed, painted

Still waiting to have the centers sandblasted, here's a pic I snapped after a fresh wash.

It's been a while since an update been super busy with school and work but I had my spring break recently and was able to finish the wheels up.

                          Media blasted the centers

Then painted them flat grey with satin clear

                          Sneak peak test fit

Cleaned the barrels in muriatic acid rinsing in 1 min intervals as to not eat into the aluminum.

Wet sanded the clear on the lips with 600 grit then 1500, fallowed by a buff with polishing compound.

Painted the bolts the same color as the centers

                          Sealed

                          Finished

Wheels come this Wednesday so next update will be with them on the car!
