  • Sir Whippington the 5th

Bought the car from a close friend of mine and i am beyond happy with the purchase

    2006
    Jetta 5 Sportline
    DSG
    2L Turbo
    170 000
    FSH

Needs: 2 rear tyres and rear brakes to be replaced soonish

    inside shots:

    installed some sound

FItted a 12inch pioneer sub and Starsound AMP

had the wheels and H&R springs fitted...

3 issues arose while fitting the rims:

    1) i found i need shocks right around
    2) i needed extended wheel bolts as the 14mmx25mm didn't even take, so out i went and bought wheel bolts, at R20 a bolt
    3) the rear H&R springs are too low at the rear imho, if i should fit a few people i am going to scrape and this car is not meant for scraping, thats what the vr6 is for ops:

In total the rear springs was removed 3 times, swapping them around, and the rims came off and on 3 times... tyres are noisy but will get new ones in due time.

Springs fitted H&R front and rear:

Rims fitted + front H&R and OEM rear Sportline springs

FUll H&R all round with new shocks and Audi TT Turbines

    ET52 | 9J | 5x112 - 3mm spacer needed

saving for coilovers at the moment
"wheel gap is like a VAGINA, the more fingers you get in the worse it is" .
Working...
