I love this wagon! I'm not crazy about the front lip or stickers; but who cares as long as you're happy!

Well I guess it's time for an update for you guys...
First thing that has changed are my stickers... They are gone.
On a pretty nice sunday a cop decided to pull me over and check, if my car was legal as it was...
Well, apparently it wasn't... A (to me unknown) rule states, that stickers on the windshield are illegal,
fucked me up pretty bad, I'll have to pay 135€ and will get 3 "points" (not a nice thing to collect over here, 16 points = license gone)...
Next big thing is my coilover suspension set...
I can't get it TÜV approved with the current springs, i guess i'll have to try to get a good deal of another set of legal springs (which will not go as deep :-/)...
But I also have something positive to tell you guys!
My wheels for this summer season are painted!
I spent a couple of days sanding and painting them with a friend of mine, here is the outcome:

Really nice car, never seen one of these done before, they sure have a lot of potential.
I live in Enschede, pretty close to the german border, luckily i haven't been pulled over because of windshield stickers or something when i visited your country.
New wheels look good. OZ turismo amirite?

Yep, rocked the OZ Superturismo GT last year in grey/silver,
but with fucked up paint, I just repainted them...

I've got some updates for you guys...
Still (yeah, i know...) no new suspension, BUT:
I finaly managed to install my Energy Suspension shifter bushings and endlinks along with a new shortshifter.
My old shifter was ratteling like hell, now it's just sitting there, silent like a ninja and gives me some nice and crunchy shifts along the way...
The endlinks where easy to put in and the old ones where fucked up pretty bad, ride feels (a little bit) stiffer now.
Here you go with 2 quick snaps from 2 different more or less "local" meets (45min drive for the first, about 80min drive for the second)...
I need to do something with my grille surround, the (not that old) paint starts chipping again...
I think I'll try Plastidip next, lets hope it can withstand bugs, stones and what else decides to jump up on my car at about 150mph...
Next big thing willl be.... Well... I won't tell you until I'm done... :P
