so this is my mk2... gunna cut the whole thread short as been an ongoing project for the last 5 years...
bought it as a 1.3 ryder... had faded paint and a shit load of moss... engine didn't run, was missing 30% of the body panels, had no exhaust, mouldy interior and a spot or two of rust so I snapped his arm off for it for £100
heres a pic of it once I got it running and lowered and got some bumpers and front end for it and polished it...
got me some gti "Jackie" trim seats
paint came up nicely considering how long it'd been neglected for
then bought this for £50 and swapped it for a 225hp 20vt engine and gear box (which I never received as he got pulled over whilst towing it home and got the rule book thrown at him by the fuzz.... fined and points and a big old dent in the back of his truck because the camper had no brakes lol )
then refurbed an fitted some Renault 19 turbines
then stuff started getting funky

now back to this lol
that's all for now folks bigger better things comin for it in the future but for now it still puts the biggest smile on my face everytime I drive it
