It had its issues I really abused the car, the frame rails are literally almost nonexistent, I got way more than it was worth. hopefully picking up a coupe saturday.

So I have a little update, I ended up getting a great deal on another set of style 19's from a junk yard. I sold my white ones because they were pretty beat up and needed to be refinished again


The new set really needed some loving and i wanted to change the color up. sanded them by hand 220/400/800/1000 then polish i probably should have gone to 1500 and taken my time.[URL=http://s1113.photobucket.com/user/dimitri_a/media/photo1-20.jpg.html][/URL]

So then I picked up some brand new hankooks and honestly I was pretty disappointed I stuck with 205/40 and 205/45 and they ran so much wider than all my other tires they are too tall in the front and I just think they are ugly. oh well Over all the really love the look of the gold and Im glad I finally did it.



Should have some real picture in the next few days. Any suggestions on a good tire let me know

The inevitable happened and Cracked my pan. My coilover locking collars came lose and it lowered itself and i slammed a bridge joint really hard and it pushed my X brace into my pan. I didn't even know it cracked till i stopped at Taco Bell lol.

I had it welded and took a look at my coils. I had to lower the whole front subframe and shit it was a super pain in the ass. Probably about 10 hours in labor.



Turns out my top hats where not put together right and it was binding at the bearings and making the collars spin

It sucked, I got ride of my x brace like I should have a while ago and I also took out my helper springs. I need to fine-tune the front end again but heres some pics of me and my buddy.

On your 740 you said you had FA500s, just curious how you liked those in general...

They where definitely the best coils I've ever experienced, they are worth the money on something like that. It was so easy to daily.
