Not a whole lot has been going on car-wise; been super swamped with the end of the semester and the impending sense of dread as I come to the realization I graduate in May and need, like, a JOB.

I did want to make a post because of a few things:

1. Chrome door handles are on the car and I really like them
2. My girlfriend surprised me for our anniversary by commissioning someone to make me an 11" katana handle shift knob out of wood and metal and stuff with our anniversary date engraved on it. I know the car is an auto but at least it isn't a giant bubble dildo knob or something. Hopefully I can figure out a way to make a leather/suede boot for the shifter but I'll need to look into that.
3. Looks like I'll be upgrading to a full-frame camera this Christmas.


Anyway, commencing photo dump of the Mazdarati Autozone Speciale di Chroma Superleggera Competizone.

Found a crazy abandoned arcade thing with giant statues of rusted knights and had to take some pics.



Here's the shift knob; pardon the terrible photo and dirty interior.



Some pics I took yesterday.... note the antlers. I did take them off for a couple pics. These photos were taken with an ancient Nikkor 28mm f/2.8 lens from the 80s... manual everything. Challenging but I really like how they turned out!

Found a cool spot which is like an abandoned highway service road, completely covered in leaves and dirt. I had to drive the wrong way down the offramp to get there which was sketchy.

Chrome handles, and make the trim on the bottom of the windows body color instead of chrome, so its not to "chrome-ie" around the door handle and lower trim area.

PS: saw you at h20 i was parked behind you in the sunsations picture lol. car looks neat man

Realized I haven't updated this thread in like 3 months. Commencing photodump.

Cliffs notes: Finally replaced headlight housing, Went to h2oi, had fun in hurricane, went back to chrome emblem, switched to chrome banner, and took a bunch of photos.

A couple shots from H2Oi. Had so much fun despite the hurricane. Threw a rager at my condo that was all in my name and got the security deposit back. I think the rain filtered out a lot of the bullshit and it was more about hanging out with friends I don't ever get to see. Even ran into theseeker411 while taking a piss at Taphouse lol.





Been trying to get better at taking photos so have been taking a lot of pics of the car just as practice.





Somehow, the people at Tuner Evolution let my car into the Charlotte show. Obviously didn't win anything but it was my first time having my car in showcase parking at a show, and it was a lot of fun!




This brings us to some recent photos, taken a couple days ago. Note the chrome banner and emblem; I think they match a lot better with the rest of the car.





NOW FOR AN IDEA!

I really have wanted to try this but now that I've gotten photoshop I rendered what it would look like. Chrome door handle pulls to add another little VIP touch. What do we think?

Considering some new wheels for next season too. Might throw the Rapiers up in the marketplace. Let me know if you want them.
