I hear you, the tan was a reason I bought the car. But the driver's seat was cracked heavily and the carpet was really dirty. Switching back is easy though, if I decide. I had the whole interior stripped down in 3 hours. These cars are so simple its awesome!

Since I will be running ITBs, the stock PCV system and the breather system will be unusable. So today I made alot of progress on modding my valve cover for a catch can system that will replace the PCV/breather.

First I removed the PCV and baffling inside the valve cover. Drilled out the hole where it was and tapped it in 5/8" NPT. Then drilled out the barb where the breather hose attached to the valve cover, then drilled a new 5/8 NPT hole for the secondary hose. Next I have to drill the hole where the breather barb was and tap it 1/4" NPT. Then buy a plug for that hole since I won't need it anymore. I don't have the proper drill bit size for 1/4" NPT though so I'm hoping to pick one up tomorrow.

Gonna finish it all off by painting the valve cover and polishing the raised lettering.

Hole drilled and tapped so I can run AN hoses, trying to avoid rubber hoses.

Timing belt looks to be in good condition.

Honestly I'm second guessing the flares myself. I may replace the rears with full over-quarters and do some wider fiberglass front fenders.

Yeah the cluster reminded me of Ferrari gauges too!

I bought the Rotas as a type of placeholder to fill the flares, but then those popped up an hour away and I couldn't resist.

Yep, they will definitely be repainted. I'm just not sure what color. Maybe just refinish them in silver for now, or possibly a darker grey. Going to be purchasing all new bolts also. Just torn on what color scheme to run.
