Love it man. I just picked up a 90 Miata and doing a fresh 1.6 with turbo. I'm in the process of getting a set of BBS rims like yours from a BMW buddy. Love it.

Bolts are at the powdercoater now. Really pumped he had the perfect color that I was looking for. Cleaning and polishing all those suckers will be worth it once they're done.

Unfortunately I ran into my first problem. I ordered 4 valve stems. I didn't check if I needed the narrow ones though and I do. So I've begun cleaning and polishing the stems they came with.

You could drill valve stem hole out. I bought lips from two different places and 2 were bigger and 2 were narrow. Just drilled the small ones to match worked fine sealed no issues tires hold air fine.

I know I could. But I don't think I want to drill my fresh new lips haha!

Came home from work today and my GarageStar skidplate and engine lift plates are here. The skidplate is much more heavy duty than I anticipated and I'm really happy with the quality.

Installed the engine lifts and skidplate. Oil pan is above the subframe and the skidplate should protect it all. Sorry for the shitty pic, I just snapped a quick one.

Overflow is under the radiator cooling panel. Cruise was easy to remove minus the throttle cable at the firewall. It has a wierd clip that didn't want to come out so eventually I got fed up and just ripped it out.

Edit: the bolts didn't work out. I would've had to mirror polish each one to get the color consistent. And I'd rather just buy new chrome bolts than do that. So I'm having the OEM bolts done in Chrome for now. With a possible rebuild next winter. Disappointed but excited to finish the wheels.

Valve cover is also being done. And have a Fab9 COP kit on the way.

Getting there. The copper bolts came out better than I had hoped! Planning to have these on the car by late next week.
