I don't know how you northeast dudes deal with driving your fancy cars in the salt/snow, my car was 'garage kept' in New York for the first year of it's life before coming to Florida and everything has surface rust on it. I'd **** myself if I ruined my 'spensive mini in the salt like that haha. Gotta do what you gotta do though I guess. In4v8miniIG/TWITTER @alloydhiggins

My v8 car is a California car, the 1984 325is with ~500,000 is somehow rust free, and so is this Mini. Luckily it's not too expensive

Helped replace my friends starter last night.
Outside.
Was cold.
Tonight I finally got the car in a warm garage to take a closer look.
Now, no pictures because I'm an idiot, but as I suspected, the short hose which connects directly to the top radiator hose is not at all a close fit. Luckily in my friends pile of spare parts was an e36 hose that fir very snugly and after some cutting was a perfect fit. Got the system bled and everything is working perfectly.
Also here is a random picture of the Alta intake on the car, and the little piece I finally received.

So I raised the car 1 1/2" just for inspection, will be going back down afterwords.
Decided to tackled the ugly strut towers and make them look a bit better for the time being. In the coming months, I will be cutting the rest of the cut-up bits out, and welding in a 3"x1" piece of tubing to recreate a new center circle. But this atleast makes them look semi- decent for now.
Trimmed and evened out slightly
Taped up
Done(for now)

Got a new radiator to FINALLY fix the "no my car isn't on fire" issue I had at stoplights with steam billowing out the front of my car.
Started taking the front apart, figured out there was only about 2 of 6 or so bolts holding the bumper on. Which seems like something I'd do, but it's not my fault this time. Also discovered the bumper has been repainted at some point. Oh well, got the bumper and everything else off.
Remove all this
And you get
Packaging was awesome for the Mishimoto
And a lame picture after I got it in and bled, thanks to Spencer for the help.
Oh and I finally got my Circuit Soul stickers ^_^ They sent me the wrong colorway for the club stickers, but I don't really care.
