Today I went and started diagnosing my overheating issue.
I went through most of the common issues people told me to look at.
    Aux fan amp wasn't blown.
auxiliary radiator fan relay was working.
fan wasnt loose and it did work with my A/C blasted.
so what I did is perched my radiator fluid again from all air and drove it around with my A/C fully blasted so it made the fan work. Then I came back home turned off my A/C and no freaking way my Fan started working by itself and didn't let the temp gauge go up and heat up. Great news couldn't be happier after so much diagnosing and trouble shooting damn finally!

Anyway I took the car for a spin around the block and just love the way it handles, its amazingly stable. It my first e36 I ever had so its pretty exciting
Took some quick shots of it after my drive.
Its bone stock no mods perfect to mod if I do decide to keep it
still unsure which way I want to go with it?

I`m glad to hear that the overheating issue practically solved itself. And there`s only on way to go : LOW

pretty awesome to finally get out of the way
oh I cant wait to do stuff to it. but still need to work on my headliner install and top.
also was wondering what kinda of suspension are you on?
not sure which way I should go to get comfort and some stiffness. 50/50

I've been to RDM a few times, last time was September and I think I saw your e36. I might of even taken a quick snap of it I like it nicely done man.
Still unsure if I should stick to this e36 or not? also have a old 300e benz laying around might go for that.
how are the meets up at RDM btw?

thank you, its a good solid e36 to build
i might just do clean simple, m3 front bumper, coilovers, some e36 m package wheels and prep it for the summer sales? undecided

Just build that damn thing. When you`re getting somewhere with the build, you`ll probably want to keep it longer, much longer.

Im in too it ($$$) already but so much new stuff is put on the car makes me think I should stick to this. I don't want to think about the top and the headliner install that needs to be done which I will be doing have no idea how im going to make it work.

problem is ive never stuck to a car for more then a year. (car whore)

                        they're fun in the summer

just fun for the large turnouts and variety. Haven't been since Sep either though.

Gotta stick with the bmw... think once things are sorted you'll fall in love. Just tough when you start something in the condition with the issues you've been having LOL

test drives feel really good when i take it out around the block
mechanical work is all done for the most part but when im completely done with it ill see where im at with it. still need full paint re-coat and convertible top work

summers are probly the better time to be around rdm meets. we should roll up when im done with mine.

this e36 has great potential, especially in this color!
Had an e36 318is for a year and had 0 problems with it So i'm thinkin that your e36 is just not maintained well at all... and a convertible with a 1.8 litre engine is a bit underpowered, so your engine has to work way to hard to get your droptop around... Best thing you can ever do to this car is an engine swap to a 6 cylinder
