Evo 8 GSR Build *

Picked up a 03 Evo 8 a few months back bone stock. I then started to save up to lower the car and pick up as many parts as I can along the way. I ended up lowering the Evo on a custom set of Broadway Static FA 500 Series coils. I also picked up a Tomei Expreme Ti exhaust, a couple Do-Luck front lips, OEM Window Visors, and chopped my Evo 8 nose.

Stay posted with me, and I'll keep u updated as much as possible! I am hoping to get this build 1/4 done by Spring before Spo-com, but as of now I am currently waiting to save up a bit more cash to send my Work Rezaxs to Memory Fab to get rebuilt, and hopefully I will be able to send my car into the paint shop to get it resprayed oem color with show car clear coat before Spo-com.

Moving on the the engine, as of now all I have is a exhaust, down pipe, and test pipe. But planning on running E85 soon. I have all parts needed for E85, just waiting on a couple more parts and I'm ready for a tune.

In for pics, sounds promising. I went E85 on my stock turbo VIII and didn't see huge gains over my 93 tune. You'll really see some big gains when running a larger aftermarket turbo though.

Yeah I am thinking of picking up my friend's Evo 9 turbo and running that for now.
