Something had read of this change and decided to do it today.

It's very simple: the car brings in exhosto valve "flapper" that below 2500 rpm is closed to lower noise levels, the idea is to disable its operation and that the valve remains open.

Just gets a T for the vacuum no longer acting on the valve, and also could simply disconnect and ... the idea of the T is for the hose hangs and does not contact the exhaust.
