Long Time Coming (BMW CONTENT)

Hello all been browsing around Stanceworks for a while now and thought id finally start a thread so please be kind.

First off my names Chris from the UK
Started off in the VAG scene because of my older brother so as soon as i was old enough to drive and had enough money i bought my first car

Mk1 golf driver
Mk3 polo engine and 5 speed gearbox

Owned it for about a year got abit bored of the way it looked so got rid of the 13`s
and put some P-sluts on it.



Another year of ownership and the Mk1 was rotting from the inside out
So thought id let someone else do something with it before it was too late


So that was it the Mk1 was gone with the money burning a hole in my pocket
i jumped on the internet looking for a car
Within minutes of looking this popped up being only 19yrs old and seeing a BMW badge and thinking RWD


I rang the seller and went to view and ended up coming back with it that night
12months MOT and 6months TAX I couldnt complain
Being 19 stupid and owning a RWD car there was a lot of this involved


About 6months of thrashing the BMW and ooppss this happend
What a Helm


Went in to a cliff face at 25-30mph dont ask me how but it happend
Manged to bend the wishbone back far enough to limp the 25mile drive home from the gorge at 3AM
Couple of weeks past and it looked like this



Didnt take long before it was getting alot of attention from the police and other pesky people After a few weeks the car was made in to a little metal box

Time for a little break but will update again very shortly

Right back to business after the missile came this


1998 E36 318is in hellrot red completely standard apart from a stainless
steel exhaust system
A friend offered to take a few snaps of the car couple of days after i bought
all the excitement of owning a new shiney red coupe how could i decline










By far the cleanest coupe i viewed no rust anywhere to be seen


The car even got some TV air time in a show called SKINS witch i was chuffed about

So ownership was going well but i started getting a bit bored of how the car was
witch resulted in me painting the lights yellow and hijacking my brothers Z3M wheels and getting ideas what ended up turning out like this


But no way could i roll around like this forever so this soon happend

Next up was wheels i kinda swapped rims with my brother every other day abit strange
but owell i get bored easily lol

Weather was nice so decided to go surfing for a week car did about 600miles no problems atall


Untill on the way home this happend

Nothing major i know but it was the last thing i wanted to be doing in the pissing down rain the F**cking bellend



Worst thing was he was still alive
Down a kidney grill and up a half dead bird lol

All that sorted out i made the 200mile drive home to find out that my brother was putting his Boston green 328is up for sale




Bit disappointing but look on the bright side that means im having the Z3M`s

Popped a drive shaft at a meet in the pissing down rain


Chucked the car on the back of a low loader and took it to my place of work


Eventually found the time to fix the drive shaft and got it back up and running to a half decent state


So out and about rolling deep as you do VOSA and the police didnt take to kindly to my Tyre stretch and LOWS And they declared the car unfit for road use
Looks like i need a new car then so what do i do i played with the idea of going down the jap turbo route but nothing in my price range and i really dont think i could of forgiven myself for abandoning my german roots

My dad working at a BMW dealer was asked by a co-worker if anyone was interested in buying a E46 318ise Touring 12months Mot and 6months Tax
