I wish they offered the v8 version of the m30 in the US though.

After trying to learn everything there is to know about J30 suspension on NICO forums, i decided the only way to learn more is by contacting our Japanese brothers. So i did the most sensible thing and registered my car under Minkara. From there i contacted some of the japanese J ferrie guys and wondered how they got so low on their J's. So far i only received 1 response and this is what he said:

        Subject RE: Hello!
        Body Thank you for E-mail.

        My LEOPARD used SILVIA(240sx?)'s suspension.

        LEOPARD can use SILVIA's parts.

        SILVIA's model is S14 or S15.

        I changed Shock, Knuckle, Tie-rod-end, and Lower-arm.

        (FR & RR shock's upper-mount is LEOPARD's upper-mount use.)

SILVIA's shock can drop than LEOPARD's shock because short.

        My LEOPARD can drop more.

But I have put up because wanted to drift.

        I hope your success.

        Thank you.

and this is is car for reference:

i guess im on the hunt for some 240sx stuff guys

i decided not to get the Y32 cima coilovers because shipping with the hubs would cost more than $600, and thats not even a guarantee that the parts will line up

This is what i purchased this week. most parts were purchased from ebay with the exception of the S14 240sx spindles/hubs from zilvia.net and the S14 lower control arms, which i got from craigslist. Just waiting for them to come in the mail and then ill take pics

          - S14 lower control arms $60.00
          - 2 front outer tie rod ends part no. (36160200086) $68.00
          - z32 300zx front sway bar $39.99
          - circuit sports front sway bar links for S13 $34.64
          - s14 240sx front spindle (knuckle and hub) $190.00
          - zeal function coilovers $520

just waiting on the Zeals to come in and its time for the install!

I would assume S14 and J30 stuff is similar, seeing as everyone uses J30 hubs to go 5-lug on their S14s, good luck with this!

Eureka! Found a steering wheel hub that finally works! Its indeed the Works Bell Hub # 625 Dual SRS. The only issue is i cant seem to make the horn work. then again i kinda messed up the SRS connections a bit.

              on to the pics:

First off! Follow This youtube video on how to remove steering wheel (USE a T50 instead of a 45 in the video)

(thanks to my brother Alex for the pics)

Works Bell hub #625 / Silvia Dual SRS

              Momo Competition Steering Wheel

19mm center nut holding the steering wheel

You do NOT have to take this part off. I did it for no reason. DO NOT!

The hub fits over the plastic SRS thing (dont know the name)

              PRESTO! new steering wheel

              Different angle

Angle with the momo wheel and Z33 350z seats

Overall it looks neat. I have the SRS light going off and i lost the horn function ;(

Luckily i still have the feedback from my turn signals. Hope you guys find this useful!

The horn shouldn't be hard to wire up, it's got to be one of the wires coming from that plastic hub piece (whatever it's called), those Z33 seats is a very nice upgrade
