Finally got the new wheels on it. Installed a CF CSL style wing tomorrow.

Gonna lift the suspension about quarter of an inch so I can put the spacers back on the rear, then get the fenders rolled later.

Next is plastidipping the wheels to cover up the curbage I put on them accidentally (long story).

Need a better photo. Fenders smoothed out and rolled just a tad (shop wouldn't do anymore than that since they don't have the tools) sitting on 19s. They put the wing on too, can't really see it from here. Gonna paint it body color. Probably gloss plastidip until I can afford actual paint.

Been awhile since I've been on here, but a quick update.

The wheels have been returned to the stock ones after finding the black ones above were bent to hell and back. Cut my losses and sold them off to someone with a deeper pocket.

Left the country on business for a good portion of 2014, but now that I'm back (and decided to keep the car), I figure I'll get started again. I have a set of Forgestar F14 SDC in 18x9.5 et21 (below) in the making and should be here next month or May.

Havent decided on the rubber yet, thinking 225/40s Squared or 245/35 Squared if I can fit it in the front. I'm going to have to buy a fender roller most likely to get the front to fit, and raise the car up probably about an inch.

          Update:

Going to buy Federal 595's or 595RSR's (haven't decided yet) in 235/40/18. The routes that I take to work aren't the smoothest, so I'm worried that a 225/40 might not protect the wheels as much due to the stretch.

Also bought some CF Interior Fabric Wrap that will hopefully be here before the weekend so I can install it.

Next on the list (aside from actually purchasing the tires) is to buy a fender roller or find someone within a thirty minute drive to roll them for me.

Painted my air scoops. Messed up the paint but it's not going to be super noticeable since they sit behind the grill. I'll fix the paint whenever I decide to change the color.

Should have used a brighter color. Oh well.

Wrapped the interior in Carbon Fiber Fabric from Psyspeed! Looks and feels great, and for my first time doing any sort of wrapping, I'd say it turned out pretty well. There are some places that are a little rough but like I said, for my first time I'm pretty satisfied. Tomorrow I'll be doing the rear door trims and I'll be done!

Also painted the start ring to match the scoops haha

CF trim looks good man. So what did you decide for the rubber?

235/40. I'll be ordering them as soon as I get word that my rims are on the way.

Intake installed. Using a spacer to fix the MAF issues.

Still waiting on the wheels to get here. They're in the final stages and should be arriving in early to mid May. These came in today though. Figured I'd give them a shot and if I don't like I'll ditch em.

Love the direction you are taking this build. Cant wait to see the tuck with your new wheels.

Wheels arrived today. Dunlop will arrive at the shop tomorrow, so hopefully I'll be able to get the tires and wheels together. I don't have the extended lug nuts needed to mount the wheels, so I ordered a stud conversion kit. Whenever that gets here these will be mounted. Probably the weekend after next.

Hopefully there won't be any tuck haha I'm more for aggressive stances that maintain function. Jersey roads don't take kindly to low cars haha So it's probably not going to get any lower than this.

WHEELS ARE ON! AND BAD NEWS!

And I CURBED IT ALREADY! Had to have been a rock because I stayed well away from all the curbs.

Im a little lairy about the studs. I couldn't get the torque wrench to work so I allen wrenched those bitches like mad and let the thread locker sit. Then when putting on the actual wheel, the lug nuts wouldn't let me torque them and started to strip instead. So all of them are missing paint now because I went as hard as balls on them. Going to be driving carefully for the next few days until I can get scheduled for an Alignment and check at Coleman's.

As for the fitment, I took it for a short drive around the block a couple times and it doesn't seem to rub anywhere. Guess I'll find out on my drive to work tomorrow morning.
