sup, im tj, ive been on the site for a while and i started doing some work to my car so i thought id show you guys
i got my 90 240DL 5speed wagon just over a year ago like this...
not lookin so good...
i drove it as is for the winter then in the spring started making it look better. i bought some volvo draco rims and did some work for my autotech teacher in exchange for parts off a donated burgundy 240 sedan, got the fenders, bumpers most missing trim and some random extras.
and tinted stuff and plasti dipped most the crome.
stayed like that over the summer while i saved up for new struts/shocks and ipd lowering springs...
the strut gland nut was so stuck we had to weld bars to the nut and housing to loosen them
but eventually got them in
also found center caps for the rims, but definately not low enough... wish i saved up and got coilovers but i didnt think id want it that low...(??wut??)
gonna chop some coils off after i fix my broken trailing arm,
got patch panels for the quarter panels, once i get my welder ill fixemup, but thats pretty much it for nowLast edited by teejsauce; 01-05-2014, 07:22 PM.Tags: None
