+1 for chopped springs in the interim, I'm running 1.5 coils less than standard on my 9-5. still not low enough really.

I'm having problems alocating money between project cars.... This is on pause because I've spent most of my money on parts to build the motor in my other project:
Still planning to have the Saab on the BBSs and lower (in some way) by Water by the Bridge.

I saw the video on how you wanted to mount the air stuff in the trunk and figured this might be useful. Our og 9-3 has the foam for tools and jack inside the spare, so you might be able to score that set at a junkyard so you don't have to mod your existing foamthingy to fit.
I think this is about the third of fourth place I've seen your car now, lol. Saabcentral, SAAB PERFORMANCE GROUP on Facebook, now here. (I'm the guy who fell in love with the wagon next to your car at carlisle. My dad has an 09 9-5 wagon in the same color with turbines on it.)
PS. Subbed for progress on the air suspension, bagged Saabs are awesome.SAAB 900 T16s

I realy don't like saab. It's just the way they look that I can't get used to.
Anyways, I love bbs so yours is growing on me. The wheel color is perfect fit. If it wasnt on par with my jeep liberty for the wheel gap, I might just like it!Ruining cars since 2006 yo

So... some things happened since I last posted in this thread. I went the Saab Owners convention in Lexington, Kentucky, hung out with a bunch of my Saab people and won second place peoples choice Original Generation 9-5.

There were many classics there too:

Which made me want one, so two weeks later, I bought two.

Original plan was to restore the one with the three spokes, and use the other as a winter beater. Didn't pan out there way though. Three spoke one was way rustier than I thought so I parted it and junked it. Still have the other one which I'll show again later in this post.
Then I got a roof spoiler for the 9-5:

Super subtle and I love it.
Then two weeks before Fall Import Alliance I massive tree limb fell on the 9-5 while I was doing 40mph down the road...Hit the front bumper, headlight, corner light, hood, windshield, roof, roof rack, and mirror. I thought for sure I was going to be facing a lot of damage...but Swedish durability FTW! Popped out the trim on the bumper and knocked off the mirror cap.

A new mirror cap and can of Rustoleum "French Cream" later I was ready to go!

Went to IA and got into the showcase field.

Then I went and bought something Swedish that IS a Volvo:

It's another project car/parts hauler. Haven't decided if it's getting slammed or lifted yet, but I fixed everything to make it road worthy. Build thread will come I get started on modifying it.

Got my 900 road ready as well. This will become my rat rod car.

Put the 9-5 into winter mode as well, since I still needed to drive to drive it too.
Then yesterday, I repainted my Aero kit to be installed along with some other pretty big changes in about three weeks. It's going to be a good season for this car I think. Really excited about it!

So there's progress up to date! Like I said, I've got some parts coming soon that are very exciting, and I can't wait!

Now, everybody say it with me, "FINALLY!"

A box of low showed up at my house today!! Next week, I go on spring break, so I'm doing a lot to the 9-5:
-Installing Coils
-Installing Aero Kit
-Some custom lighting
-Detail
-Reinstall the BBSs
-Alignment
Also, I've been toying with the idea of changing up the color of my wheels. What do you guys think?
