Thanks. May be a common wheel, but it's a first on a 9-5. lol Cheap is the reason I have them. Picked them up for $300, and I'll have maybe another $200-$300 in them by the time I'm done with them. Two piece BBSs for $600 or so isn't too bad.Originally posted by Chuckdee View PostCan never go wrong with style 5's, even though it's a really, REALLY common cheap 2 piece wheel to go to. Keep up the good work, looking forward to seeing it on air

+1 for chopped springs in the interim, I'm running 1.5 coils less than standard on my 9-5. still not low enough really.

Yeah, I'm shooting for breaking some neck at WBTB.Originally posted by GTOguy View PostSweet we have the same date as a goal in mind lol. I may try to get a spot at Carl Casper if I get my wheels done earlier but we shall see.
I'm Trying to get my bolts done this weekend so I can assemble one and test fit.
They are Insignia wheels, but I think they're 18". I love them.Originally posted by mrNitroSleeper View PostThat "sob story" 9-5 on the beginning of the page, is it on Insignia OPC 20'' wheels? (or Regal GS)

And it's all good! Current deadline for the wheels in Water by the Bridge, so there's plenty of time.

I did a calculation. With 15mm adapters (Puts me at a 5et) the Style 5s should stick out two more inches then my current wheels. This should be fun.

Thanks! It's actually got an Aero front lip on it, it's just painted black. I didn't want to have paint matched for it, so I just did it in satin black to match the body trim. It's a lot more noticable in person. I have the Aero skirts for it, just don't have them on yet.Originally posted by Speedbump View PostMust be hard for you to find parts for this. Enginewise there is a lot to find but cosmetics are rare. Nice ride though! My dad used to own one of these and the nightdash is totally awesome. Centerconsole keyslot is also a nice gimmick.
May I suggest an aero lip, skirts and rear valance?
Keep up the good work!
