Hey guys so i recently sold my old lancer and it has been replaced with this!
just bought my 180sx last week and really loving it so far. its basically bone stock apart from a few exterior touches (the previous owner wanted a type x lookalike).

so far it has a pod filter and a muffler and an uncracked dash!. so onto pics!

so bought things. and did things. first fixed the leak and rust in my boot

also bought a yaris full of parts


rim specs are 17x9+20 and 18x9.5+12. so keen to get them on after i finish the 5 stud swap (which is the rest of the parts in the pile, including s15 brakes).
coilovers getting ordered later this week. getting HSD HR's and hopefully an eastbear lip soon.

going to be drifting it as soon as uni exams finish (25th november). so keen for that.

i cried a bit when i got told that the rear 18s i wanted wouldnt be in stock for 3 MONTHS. so i had to resort to the same specs in 17s. but its ok. im happy with how concave they are :P

so my intercooler arived today. got it from gktech for a steal because if was on clearance. will post some pics soon as i get home tonight. also scored a 1.3kgcm rad cap for dat extra summer cooling.

for the front mount im planning to use bits of the stock piping on top to give as much of a stock look as posible, coz i love engine bay stealth, and retro some new piping down where the stock side mount is to the new cooler. hence why i bought a same side inlet/outlet cooler. with this ill also be doing a bov delete for dem hektik fluttaz.

also got a second job! so the updates will happen much much quicker now.

also have my front 5 stud hubs in the mail, after the ones i bought turned out to have a crack on the back of one of the fronts.

its all gonna be happening soon!

story time!

so we started with this

then we did werk
took my dash apart for led conversion

snapped my key in my ignition barrel



then after i quit being mad at nissan i took the phucker apart
rear coilovers in

the stupid prev owner had threaded the bloody front strut bolt. took SO much effort to get off.

so the coils were installed.

then i ghetto rigged a new pod filter mount for legality (2 mounting points)


then i finally got my brand new hubs and 5 stud commenced!

big s15 4 pot brakes


fronts were done

now the rears were an absolute BITCH. the hubs were so rust welded to the bloody car that it took a sledgehammer to get them out

finally got it sorted with the r33 setup

then i found out i need camber arms real bad. so got them going.


and this is where we ended up




now just need some toe arms and she'll be ready to go lower

should have the camber arms on tomorrow night. then all will fit super sweet and alignment on wednesday! first impressions with the wide as fwark wheels is that the steering is heavier and that the car feels waaay more planted. feels kinda strange. like a whole new car. its awesome

Lol, I'm so glad I'm not the only one who gets super frustrated with cars. I swear my Camaro hates me.

I'd love a white 240, but they are so commonly stolen here in FL, and I have no where to put one.
