well i did mount one of the birds haha...most people will probably think im crazy, but thats what cool about bugs, there is no limit to what you can do, its a damn bug... it doesnt have to be so serious all the time.

Looks great. There are times when I think of turning mine into a Volksrod. Would certainly eliminate the need to repair a lot of rust.

Yea, it's a Volksrod. I don't see how you could look at it and say its just a volkswagen bug that needs a fender or 2. My current bug is my first Vw, & I've learned these cars can be the epitome of hot rodding.
Don't trip, your cars awesome. My car's built to please me, not you. I'm sure you feel the same about yours.

im not trying to stir up anything, im just saying most vw guys "purists" dont consider the car pure anymore, it's more of a volksrod than it is a pure example. Trust me, im not expecting high praises from everyone, most of my bmw buddies think its ugly as shit, but hey what do you expect from people who like bmws lol. It's just a car and im having fun with it. I know its not everyone's cup of tea.
