i spy a stud conversion?

yupp ! I had them on the C280 got them from a friend who had them on his e36 M3 theyre the 90mm H&R studs. I have them removed right now. And they are a PITA to remove because you install with red loctite. and once it drys up it makes them so hard to break free.

nice! were they hard to install? i'm thinking about studs because i have a stripped bolt hole and studs would make life easier lol

well if you have a stripped bolt hole you will have to fix that before you can put a stud in it. They are easy to install. Hard to remove. Something to do with the heat from the brakes and the loctite. dunno why but the fronts are always so much harder to break free than the rears. but all will have to be broken free after installation.

Did a little refinish on the lorinsers. Running em on and off for now because the tires are pretty shot but for a refresh they are 19x9 19x10 two piece lorinser LM1 wheels made by Ronal wheels of Germany. The offsets are +44 front and +38 rear Im running 20mm front spacers and 17mm rear spacers. so final offset is +24et 19x9 front. And +21et 19x10 Rear. I dropped the faces out and simply re-painted them white. And gave the lips a fresh polishing. I was debating changing up the color of the faces. but something about the white wheels i cant say no to.













decided to have a little photoshoot while the paint was fresh and clean !
