Had to head back to help on the farm. Fields were closed due to the rain and we still had 2 buses come in...
Here's a portion of our market!
Found a strut bar for $40 on my way too! Hope it'll work!
5-speed swap will be complete on Monday! Can't wait!!

Update!
Finally got the car swapped over to 5-speed!!!
I had the weekend off but unfortunately it rained all weekend and I didn't get the chance to drive it...
Made varsity ultimate team so I won't be back for a while...
Also got on the strut bar! Pretty happy with it for the price.
So what should I do next?

UPDATE!
We'll do this tractor pull style, from least interesting to what really matters.
First off I'm going to cover the farmer part a bit.. (and yes that's snow)
Now on to my car. I ordered a and ebay chip which is apparently mapped off the MarkD variant. If it works well I'll be sure to let you guys know!
Now for something a bit more interesting. Last summer after a friends birthday I was walking back to my car when I fell in love with what I believe is one of the nicest e30s in Ontario; a alpine 325i with perfect fitment on 16x9 Borbet Type-A's.
Fast forward to a couple weeks ago and I saw the wheels in the background of a passat ad. I asked the seller if they were for sale in he sent me a picture of the exact same E30. Apparently it was totaled a couple days after I saw it, and only the wheels survived. After a bit of e30 talk the gentleman agreed to sell for a price I couldn't say no to.
Needless to say I'm one happy camper.
Next up is trying to stretch the 205 tires off my 16x8 BBS rims (which are for sale btw) on the 9js!
Thanks for all the comments and guidance!

What ET is yours??
I think that the tires should be no more than 195, because you do not get enough stretch.

The ET is 15, pretty standard.
I think 195 would be a bit too much of a stretch on a 9 inch rim for me. Most people run a 215 on these rims from what I've seen so I think 205/40 should fit my needs.
Anyone else have any info on this?

Winter is here!
Between studying for finals and clearing snow its tough to get much done.
I found a set of snow tires on some old lincoln rims which had a nasty orange clear coat.
Sandpaper + Flat black paint = Deep dish hella flush? So they aren't perfect but the give the interceptor a purpose built feel.
Now onto that purpose.
Today I loaded up the interceptor with 9 wheels; the BBS, the Borbets, and a spare.
Taking them with me to uni as there's a shop which is known to be the best for stretching tires.
Unfortunately the only slot open is right before my molecular genetics final. Oh well...
Had move all my tools to the farm market where the e30 is waiting for summer.
I like this picture because the foot prints in the snow and main trail shows the countless trips I made to finally turn the e30 into a brick.
Last exam is December 11th! Can't wait to get back and put on the Type-A's!
If anyone is interested I'm selling the BBS wheels. Looking for around $700. (Edit: SOLD! sorry)
Here's a pic without the caps
