Thanks it's kind of all over the place I know. I just wanted something alittle different. I can't imagine doing 15s again. A buddy of mine did 16x8 0et with 165/40/16s. I felt like 17s would be perfect with the right amount of stretch. That's the plan at least after getting new lips. I just don't know how big I want to go yet. Kind of new to the world of 3 piece wheels. Alittle help here?

So this happened.... I ordered up some new tires.

Mounted 165/40/17s.




Got
Em tucking pretty good up front.





Still got room in the rear. I was hoping I wouldn't have to tub the rear but I think in going to have to if I want to get lower.



And this was a just a photo from over the weekend at the #RoyalFitment BBQ this weekend we had for member Matthews Birthday. I'll try to make more updates soon. I might add this look is temporary until winter when I get them rebuilt with bigger lips.

This pic has me motivated on getting em done. I'm just stuck on if I want to do 2" lips and have 17x8 or 3" lips 17x9 or both and be staggered. 4"lips sounds kind of sketchy idk about 17x10 lol

I looked at a build already on a ek hatch running 17x10 it only had a +20 et and it was on air. At the lowest setting it was SUPER HIGH off the ground. Looks like a lot of work for nothing really great haha
