Thanks man i was looking for the best interest in a DD. i wanted to run crazy quarter panel to lip fitment but i got tired of the sound of grinding metal when they would hit. Im going up tire size to 165/50 hopefully it will bring everything little closer.Originally posted by Randomofodication View PostHonestly I think I like the new wheels quite a bit more, however I don't like much poke or stretch personally. If the front was down less then half an inch it would be perfect. Keep up the good work man!
yes i agree ive thought about running 5MM in the frnt maybe the back or just get a 25MM for rear.Originally posted by Dremetos View PostThose look really good. Only thing I would do now is try to shove those front fenders back in towards the body so there's not as much of a gap, and maybe some spacers in the rear because of how turnt the fenders are.

I know I'm gonna get flamed for this but I got rid of the shakotans. I picked up these dub felgenwerks 15x9 0et with cash on his end. I was tired of all the bad attention I was getting from cops. I can't tell you how many times I would pass a cop that would be sitting out on the side of the road trying to get speeders. When i would pass them they would always come after even though I'll be doing the speed limit. I got tired of getting pulled over for poke or not having flares. But.. These wheels are nice for daily and the higher offset is gonna make it way easier to tuck. I'll make the best of this i promise.

we got a nice group of dudes and we are trying to step it up for the guys that love nice aggressive specs and crazy specs. people give me so much grief calling me stupid and stuff cause i like having that much stretch on my wheels. its crazy people cant keep their mouths shut.Originally posted by StayONE View PostYeah, Idaho never had a big stance following. I'm sure it will catch on sooner or later though.

my front fenders are fine. its my rear quarters that are bad lol. the ebay camber kit has done fine by me. i had 195/50 on a 8 and little bit of camber and it cleared pretty good.Originally posted by Dremetos View PostYeah, I ordered one of those cheap eBay rear camber kits just in case it gets crazy. I really do love the huge poke minor camber look, for some reason it just flows really well. Your rear fenders don't look that bad in pictures, but neither do mine, lol.
my rear quarters look nasty when im on steelies. they look so flared out with stock skinny ugly steelies. :/

Its my DD and i cant catch a break where i can put it away and get everything done waiting for a 3 day weekend to get it all done. i wish idahos car scene was alot more into stance. its neglected here :/

If it comes down. Down to it. They have cheap camber kits that would give you the clearance you need.Originally posted by Dremetos View PostYeah, with 0 offset I bet it's going to be very close with my already rolled / pulled fenders, don't want to run a front camber kit because it's just going to punch through the strut towers, lol. My only real concern is the rears.

it shouldnt be to crazy. i just wouldnt want to do it with the offset i have. i have a -15 offset all the way around on 15x9s lol. i would havee to run some serious camber hahaOriginally posted by Dremetos View PostI'll let you guys know how 195 is on x9's as soon as mine are mounted and I can run them. Stretch doesn't seem insane.

yeah one wheel i have to pump it up every few days...i drive around with a damn tire gauge in my drivers side cubbie hole or whatever you want to call it lol. Im looking into becoming the 195 guy in my crew as well. i run around alot and do construction so i dont got a set route where i can avoid potholes and speedbumps sometimes i just have to roll with the punches :/. i was looking into a 15x9.5 with a +20ish offset. and 195/45/15s or 16x9s with 195/40/16s.Originally posted by DutchieSaxo View PostGnarly civic you got there , Really digging the current look but she deserves a respray..
About the tire leakage i think it's the warm weather. I drive on 165/45 but on 8x15 & 8,5x15 and got the same problem with one wheel. Weird thing was , in wintertime they'd never lost pressure. Already got it re-sealed but didn't help. Going with 195 for my next set-up. I'm "tired" having to pump up the tires every week.
Anyway keep up the good work. You"re heading in the right direction
