  • My Q (New Member)

I have a 1999 Q45 (Y33) that I have owned now for about 2.5 years. I am finally beginning my very interesting build and will hopefully be where i want to be by the summer of 2014. The tail light tint has been removed, and if you haven't noticed, all of the chrome has been sprayed Matte Black. Yes, she is stock height. I am trying to as much research on suspension options as i can for now. I **** jumping into something without checking all of my resources. None the less, here are two pictures I took right after I purchased my Wheels. They are 20in Symbolic Wheels. F-20/10 R-20/12 4inch lip in the front/ 5 in the rear. Powder coated inner barrels as well as a brushed aluminum face. Stretched tires of course. This is" Stage 1." Hopefully I can live up to my name. . .

You're going to need a lot of camber.
        This is a good thing.

Once you lower it, you'll need less camber than you think!

Aren't you on VSC too, i believe i saw your build there too!?

Wow, can't wait for you to drop this thing, should look sweet. It doesn't look like you'll need too much camber, unless your trying to tuck the rears.

Heres a Q I shot at a local meet. It's on 19x9's but its not pulled and theres a good bit of space left before anything hits.

Shouldn't be too bad. I am going for a more "track" aggresive look, so the front will be maxxed out and the rear will sit up juuuuust a bit. I forgot they made a Stillen front lip for this year. I am going with the all famous Version Select kit with hopefully a few *hard to find* parts to set it off. I hope this winter goes by fast lol.
