looked under my car today out of pure chance and saw this.



found some cheap tires within a couple of hours though. going from a 215/45/ to a 205/50. should get me the rake i want

got the newer tires on the other day. makes all the difference plus fitment is a lot better.






it snowed too. apparently we are in one of the driest winters we have had lately which i love but its nice to be able to go slide around again.



Also, the trim hasnt shown up. i think i got jewed again which fuckin blows
the dude isnt cooperative which makes me want to strangle him. found out my pan gasket it gettin worse too so need to get that shit done soon. here are some gay photos for now.

Also got a new deck lid recently. the stupid 6x9s werent doing it for me. also, if you think electrical tape compensates for a butt connector, i wanna rip your dick off.

found a tan one out of the junk yard and nabbed it for 11 bucks. bought the speakers as well. actually got it all for 11. bought some fabric paint and went to town. had to reconnect all the wires since the p.o. is an idiot. anyway, small update.

Also got the car stuck for 3 days while it snowed like 2 feet around it. stupid weather. had to pull the bumper and yank it out when the weather got better,
this was after about 6 blocks of driving


finally cleared up a little. threw the bumper on and bam. hopefully it stays warm.

so since the day i got this car, it has had some transmission issues. The syncros in first and second seemed to be almost completely wasted away and because of that, i babied this car. After some research, i learned that gear oil makes the syncros react not so well which would explain some of the grinding ive been experiencing. since ive had it, i wanted to change the oil and today i finally did. i went to my work and picked up some DEX/MERC, since DEX II is one of the recommended oils, and went to flush it. After pulling the drain plug, gear oil started spewing out. wouldnt you fuckin know. After changing the oil back to ATF, the car shifts sooo much better. smooth throughout and im happy knowing that. also inspected while i was under there. found mu control arms to be almost to the bushings, my oil pan to be ground down to the plug, and a transmission tab to be bent. fuck yeah.
