Hello guys! Lately so busy and many issue with my work.
Just have time to finished my throttle linkage.
I start from aluminum plate that left from the pedal box, have nothing more hi-tech just make by hands.
All the cranks I mount the bearing but no photos.
The linkage was from a aluminum hex-bar, round bar and made the thread.
Thank you for coming my thread!<3

I have alittle more update about my seats, I got these junk seats from Japan.
To strip all cushion, the only shell I would do it custom.
This is not finish yet, still think about more hole and final finish.
But don't worry I will keep it worth RECARO genuine.Last edited by phet_fresh; 07-11-2017, 07:08 PM.

Ok,here is the set of BMW S85 V10 throttle.
Hello Guys!!!!!
As the previous my ITB set up I use the injectors hole for measure vacuum pressure in manifold by MAP sensor.
It seem the engine can't go to the high rev so I decide change the MAP to the AFM.
And making new stack to equal length.
So the throttle will left the injectors hole as stock. That make me have a new idea to set the aux injectors.
That's mean 1 cylinder have 2 injectors, one is from stock engine 3uz another one is from BMW.
The stock BMW rials have 2 banks one for 5 injectors so I need to cut it for 4 injectors per bank, and the inlet welding 2/8 straight at the end of rails.
At top pic was finish cut&weld the rails v8
Next to the air stack, at one I weld the support for air-flow meter.
And make it all equal length.
For the wiring I bought the Bosch EV6 connector and wire up.
haha that me wiring , thank to my wife for the shot.
I had test the AFM first and compare with MAP, I still prefer the MAP more.
As these video was MAP sensor.
But the definitely the equal length air stack is much better.
hope you guys enjoy!Last edited by phet_fresh; 08-23-2017, 07:22 AM.

Awesome progress, I'm not really sold on the idea of a mass air system though due to the fact that at any speed you are going to have insane amounts of turbulence in those stacks and it will skew your data. Speed density is a far more precise system when done right but doesn't allow as much wiggle room as a Mass air system. A mass air system would be ideal if you had some sort of restriction like a filter or even a mesh to ease the turbulence.

I'm not a racer, not a engineer, I just love mechanic job.
All knowledge I search from internet and the thread here.
Btw. Your comment would let me get a good progress. Appreciate that_/|\_Last edited by phet_fresh; 08-23-2017, 09:47 AM.
